When you did not recieve such an email please check if your shopping cart contains the items you want to order. If so, click on 'Check out' and fofllow the instructions on the page. 2. What are the sending costs?
The sending costs depend on your location and what is in your shopping cart. After you register you will be able to get the sending costs from the checkout page (right up corner).
Within The Netherlands the cost for sending in a protected envelope can vary from € 1,50 to € 3,-. Otherwise a package will cost € 8,-.
With Europe the sending costs start at € 3,-.

Within The Netherlands: 1-2 days.
Within Europe: 2-3 days.
